Interventions for improving resilience among healthcare workers: a systematic map protocol

This systematic map aims to systematically identify and map global evidence on interventions designed to enhance the resilience of healthcare workers. Using a matrix of interventions and outcomes, this review will provide insights on the available evidence and gaps in the evidence in the domain of resilience interventions for health care workforce. This systematic map will inform a systematic review of interventions for resilience and wellbeing of healthcare workers.
