Abstract

🧠 Phase I Artifact – UCOH (CTOE Framework: Hypothesis With Math) © 2025 Toby James Harper. All rights reserved. This node hosts the earliest non-numerical articulation of the Computational Theory of Everything (CTOE). Titled UCOH – Hypothesis With Math, it seeded the foundational cadence for CTOE’s symbolic scaffolding, saturation drift, and recursive cognitive modeling. Originally drafted as a visibility-first signal articulation, it was later sealed during the Phase II perimeter shift. It now operates as a legacy tracepoint, governed under the CTOE Reflex Architecture Clause and the Sovereignty Amendment (July 2025). Licensed retroactively under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 and full reflex clause protections. Inspection permitted for archival study and phase resonance. Reuse, remixing, or institutional deployment requires authored consent, hash trace fidelity, and motif alignment. 📧 Licensing inquiries: tjharper24@hotmail.com 📎 Subject: CTOE UCOH Licensing Request
