Abstract

Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) are essential for improving teaching practices in health professions education. Their evaluations are inconsistent and often lack theoretical grounding. To map existing frameworks, models, and tools used for evaluating Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and identify gaps for developing a comprehensive evaluation tool.
