La tasación del daño material en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en casos de muerte y desaparición forzada de personas en Colombia.

This article aims to analyze the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ jurisprudence regarding the economic assessment of material damages in cases against the Colombian State concerning the death or forced disap¬pearance of individuals between 1997 and 2024. To achieve this objective, the amounts awarded and the reasons for them are presented graphically. This leads to the conclusion that certain corrective measures are necessary to establish objective criteria for reparations and to ensure that victims are treated equally
