ЦИФРОВІ ІНСТИТУТИ В ПРОЦЕСАХ СТРУКТУРНОЇ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

The article outlines the possibilities of digitalization in the processes of managing the national economy. The development of digitalization in Ukraine began with the signing of the Concept of Development of the Digital Economy and Society of Ukraine, and later the Strategy for the Development of the Electronic Communications Sector of Ukraine for the period until 2030 and the operational plan of measures for its implementation in 2025-2027. A sharp increase in online activity occurred in 2020 due to, in particular: remote work and learning, the development of video content, streaming platforms, online commerce; the strengthening of the role of social networks as a tool for communication and business. In 2024, more than 90 % of the world's population will be Internet users. Studies have shown that the share of enterprises by type of economic activity that use the Internet is growing every year, as is the share of employees who also use Internet resources in their work. Also, over the past eight years, the share of enterprises that have their own website (by 8 %) and use social media in their work (by 57 %). It is summarized that today the new opportunities for the development of the digital economy are 5G, 6G and AI. It is substantiated that the prospects for the digitalization of the national economy of Ukraine may be: active implementation of e-government, development of digital infrastructure and Internet coverage, digitalization of business processes and industry, growth of the share of electronic payments, mobile banking, crypto transactions and digital currencies, formation of digital competencies of the population through the portal Diya.Digital Education, cybersecurity and data protection, integration with the European digital market, use of artificial intelligence and data analytics, digitalization of economic sectors. Thus, as the conducted studies have shown, today, despite the state of war, Ukraine has sufficient promising opportunities for the development of the processes of digitalization of the national economy. It is determined that the promising opportunities of digitalization processes and digital technologies are capable of significantly transforming the national economy today by increasingly integrating into economic relations and stimulating their development.
