Abstract

This article explores innovative entrepreneurship models within Ukraine’s digital economy, emphasizing their adaptability to market changes, utilization of digital platforms, and integration of advanced technologies. It establishes the pivotal role of government initiatives, such as Diia.City and the Diia platform, in streamlining business processes, reducing bureaucratic barriers, and fostering digital innovation. The study highlights the significance of digital technologies, collaborative networks, agile leadership, and continuous learning in driving startup development. The impact of simplified taxation systems, grant programs, and digital infrastructure legislation on creating a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem is analyzed. Integrated digital services, exemplified by the e-Entrepreneur platform, have revolutionized business operations by enabling rapid online processes, minimizing corruption, and enhancing economic resilience. Furthermore, educational initiatives like Diia.Education and international collaborations, such as the European Innovation Council’s grant programs, are shown to bolster human capital and facilitate access to global markets. The article substantiates the transformation of Ukraine into a regional innovation hub through synergistic policies, including tax incentives, funding mechanisms, and legislative frameworks, despite ongoing challenges. It underscores the critical role of digital infrastructure, human capital development, and international partnerships in aligning Ukraine’s entrepreneurial ecosystem with global standards, particularly in sectors like artificial intelligence, deep tech, and green energy. The findings demonstrate that these efforts collectively enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of Ukrainian enterprises, positioning the country as a leader in Europe’s digital economy.
