Abstract
The purpose of the article is theoretical justification and practical analysis of an investment-oriented model of economic growth in Ukraine in the context of post-war recovery and European integration. The study is based on endogenous growth theory, systematic analysis of institutional reforms, comparative analysis of international experience, and economic-mathematical modelling using regression analysis and production functions. It has been found that a combination of investments in physical, human and intellectual capital, supported by reforms and international financial assistance, ensures sustainable economic growth. The effectiveness of tax incentives, digitalisation of regulation and public-private partnerships has been proven. For the first time, methodological approaches to stimulating investment activity in Ukraine and their economic effect in the context of post-war transformation have been systematised. It is determined that the investment-oriented model of economic growth has become an important basis for Ukraine's strategy for post-conflict recovery and modernization. This approach has evolved from initial emergency response measures to a comprehensive development strategy that aligns recovery efforts with the goals of European integration. It is highlighted that investments are of particular strategic importance, since their distribution determines not only the pace of economic growth, but also the state's ability to recover, adapt and integrate into the European space. The creation of a favorable institutional environment, the introduction of tax benefits, the development of public-private partnerships and the digitalization of regulation have become key mechanisms for implementing this model. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach that combines theoretical analysis, empirical assessment and modelling to study the mechanisms for implementing an investment-oriented growth model in Ukraine. The practical significance of the article lies in the development of specific recommendations for improving investment policy, which can be used by the government, international donors and business to create a favourable investment environment.
