Abstract

This scoping review aims to systematically map the existing literature regarding the application of the Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain (KASRP) in evaluating nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward pain management in hospitalized patients. Special emphasis is placed on high-acuity and complex care settings such as emergency departments and intensive care units. Following the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology and PRISMA-ScR guidelines, this review seeks to identify evidence gaps, synthesize available findings, and inform future research and educational interventions in the domain of pain management.
