Trinity of Jurisdiction - Soulshield
Abstract
800-year-old canon remembered . This paper is not a law report and not a memoir. It is a claim about judicial authority and artificial intelligence and a forgotten canon of Law, written from the edge of practice rather than the centre of doctrine. Law has always distinguished between assistance and authority. Tools may help judges decide, but judgement itself has been conditioned on a human capacity to be bound, historically expressed through the judicial Oath.
