Abstract
The article examines the features and this year's innovations in conducting educational practice (measuring, design) at the Department of Fundamentals of Architecture and Architectural Design of the KNUBA. The article presents a retrospective of the practice in different years. The organization of the process, the methodological sequence of work are described. Special attention is paid to the introduction into the practice process. variability of presentation of graphic works of students of architects. Modern architectural practice requires specialists not only to master traditional drawing methods, but also the ability to apply various forms of visualization - from manual graphics to digital modeling. Problem statement: the need to improve and test the methodology for conducting measurement practice for first-year students by mastering various submission techniques, in-depth study of outstanding monuments of domestic architecture, the ability to publicly defend the project. In the process of educational practice, students are given the opportunity to choose the most appropriate means of presenting the results of their work. This approach promotes the development of individual creative thinking, forms a sense of composition, color, scale, and spatial perception. Variability in the presentation of the material allows for a deeper exploration of the project concept, revealing the author's style, and raising the level of students' aesthetic culture. Modern architectural education requires constant improvement of methods of training future specialists, which is due to the dynamic development of construction technologies, changing socio-cultural conditions and increasing requirements for the quality of the architectural environment. Educational practice, in particular, measurement and design, is an important stage in the formation of professional competencies of students, as it provides a connection between theoretical knowledge and practical activities. Analysis of the features and innovations in conducting such practice allows you to improve the educational process, increase its efficiency and adapt it to modern challenges of the architectural industry. That is why the study of the issues of organization and methodology of conducting educational practice at the Department of Fundamentals of Architecture and Architectural Design of the KNUBA is relevant and timely.
