Abstract

The data supporting the findings of this study are openly accessible via the Open Science Framework (OSF) at: https://osf.io/4dzmv/overview. The repository includes anonymised evaluation artefacts, user‑testing outputs, and supplementary materials referenced in the case studies. All datasets are provided under open access for research and non‑commercial use. Proprietary organisational datasets used within the Telecoms, National Asset Register, and Utilities case studies are not publicly available due to commercial sensitivity and data‑protection obligations; however, detailed descriptions of these datasets and the retrieval methods employed are included in the manuscript to support transparency and reproducibility.
