Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive understanding of the influence of the historical evolution of the agricultural industry on the formation of the functional and planning organization of production areas in rural areas, taking into account modern technological transformations and possible scenarios for their further development. The sequence of the formation of production technologies in various areas of agro-industrial activity is revealed and it is shown how the change in technological structures determines new spatial requirements for the organization of production. The work traces the patterns of the transformation of production processes during the transition from labor-intensive business models to intellectualized technological platforms, which necessitate a revision of traditional planning schemes. It is shown that the evolution of agro-industrial technologies gradually leads away from fragmented forms of organization of fields and livestock areas in the direction of creating integrated production environments with a controlled spatial structure. An analysis of the historical chronology of various types of agro-industrial activity shows that changes in technical support affect functional specialization, morphological parameters of the production space and the nature of planning decisions. The key trends of the modern functional-spatial organization of production areas are highlighted and it is outlined how promising technological structures increase the need to search for adaptive spatial models. The generalization of the obtained results creates a scientific and analytical basis for the development of promising methods for the formation of functional-planning organization of production areas, capable of meeting new technological requirements and supporting the balanced spatial development of agricultural landscapes. The need for a differentiated approach to the planning of two basic types of territories is noted - extractive and organizational-processing, which are characterized by different planning principles, infrastructure saturation and functional logic. The article demonstrates that the historical dynamics of agricultural production forms the basis for predicting future planning solutions capable of integrating new technological processes into the morphological structure of rural areas. The results of the study outline the prerequisites for the creation of adaptive methods for planning production areas, which take into account the multi-level impact of technological structures and ensure the long-term efficiency of agro-industrial systems.
