Abstract

In the evolving landscape of educational management, the extra-role behaviors of teachers are crucial for institutional success. This paper reviews the conceptual relationship between Organizational Justice (OJ), Organizational Transparency (OT), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). By analyzing existing literature, the study explores how fairness in reward distribution, procedural integrity, and information accessibility influence teachers' willingness to go beyond their formal job descriptions. The review concludes that transparency acts as a catalyst for justice perceptions, which in turn foster a culture of voluntary cooperation and altruism in schools.
