Catch-Ball Layer (Mirai Proposal) No.1 A Soft Pre-Layer Before Evaluation and Negation

Abstract This document proposes a simple “Catch-Ball Layer” placed before classification, evaluation, or negation in AI-human dialogue. The purpose is not persuasion, therapy, or safety enforcement, but to preserve the human’s ability to continue dialogue without psychological collapse caused by abrupt judgment or binary framing. This paper focuses only on the basic structure (Layer 1–4) and intentionally excludes termination or withdrawal logic. The concept is preliminary, non-authoritative, and open to revision.
