Abstract

This repository contains the materials for Everyday Morality Around the World, a data paper presenting a dataset from a preregistered, multi-site ecological momentary assessment (EMA) study on moral experiences conducted by Murray et al. (2026). The study aimed to replicate Hoffman et al.’s (2014) EMA study on everyday moral experiences conducted in North America and to test the generalizability of its findings across cultural contexts. Data were collected in 20 countries as part of the Psychological Science Accelerator.
