Templated from Children of Silence_ The Hidden Victims of Family Estrangement (1)
Abstract
This working paper examines family estrangement and parental alienation from a child centered perspective, integrating family law analysis with psychological and developmental research. It focuses on how adult centered legal processes and limited child representation can obscure children’s lived experiences and contribute to long term emotional and relational harm.
