Abstract
Abstract This paper defines the universe as a unitary isolated system governed by a universal resource constraint termed the “Maximum Transition Capacity” (\Phi_{max}), and investigates the dynamical origins of gravity and inertia. By introducing the state update capacity per Planck time as a fundamental axiom and defining the configuration maintenance cost (inertial mass) through the Fubini–Study velocity of quantum states, we derive the equivalence principle as a logical consequence of the resource conservation law. Furthermore, this framework suggests the existence of a verifiable time dilation term, \delta_{comp}, providing a concrete path for experimental verification. Note: This is the first report in a series of studies exploring the computational emergence of spacetime. Subsequent reports will provide numerical evidence for dimensional selection (d=3) and the selective mechanisms of the Standard Model.
