Abstract

The central concept explored in this study is leadership. Despite the Expansion of research on leadership, no singular definition of the term ‘leadership’ exists (Harrison, 2017). Diverse definitions of leadership reflect a wide variety of existing leadership theories that define the concept of leadership differently. In this review, we did not define the concept of leadership in a particular way and reviewed the studies that investigated leadership Development programs in Collegiate settings around the globe. Instead, we tried to document international practices and evidence in college student leadership Development across the global collegiate settings.
